No Refunds Policy

All sales of analytical testing services provided by ZyntroTest are final. Due to the nature of laboratory analytical services, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once testing has commenced or been completed.

Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

Analytical testing services involve the use of consumable laboratory reagents, instrument time, and specialized labor that cannot be recovered once the testing process has begun. Each test is custom-performed on the specific sample submitted by the client, making the service non-transferable and non-reversible.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a testing order:

  • Before sample receipt: Orders may be cancelled at no charge if the sample has not yet been received by our laboratory.
  • After sample receipt but before testing begins: A cancellation fee may apply to cover administrative and handling costs.
  • After testing has begun: No cancellations or refunds are available once analysis has commenced.

Disputed Results

If you believe there is an error in your test results, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your Certificate of Analysis. We will review the matter and, at our discretion, may offer a complimentary reanalysis of a retained sample portion. Reanalysis is subject to sample availability and retention policies.

Damaged or Lost Samples

In the rare event that a sample is damaged or lost while in our possession before testing is completed, we will work with the client to resolve the situation, which may include waiving the testing fee for that sample.
