Submission Process
Submitting samples from anywhere in Texas is straightforward. Most clients use USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS ground — all arrive reliably to our College Station facility.

Fill out our online sample submission form with your sample details, requested analysis, and contact information. You'll receive a submission ID and shipping address by email.
Label your sample with the submission ID and ship to our College Station, TX address. For most solid compounds, a minimum of 5–10 mg is sufficient. Include your submission ID on the exterior of the package. USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, and UPS all service our location reliably.
We email you when your sample arrives and enters the analysis queue. You can track status by contacting us or checking your submission ID.
Within 3–5 business days of sample receipt, your Certificate of Analysis is emailed to you and published to our public COA database. The COA includes test methods, quantitative results, pass/fail determinations, and analyst signature.

No. ZyntroTest accepts mail-in samples from anywhere in Texas — and nationwide. Clients in Houston, Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, Lubbock, El Paso, and other Texas cities simply ship their samples to our College Station facility. Most standard shipments arrive in 1–2 business days within Texas.
HPLC identifies compounds by UV absorbance and retention time. This can produce false identifications when two compounds happen to elute at the same time or absorb similarly. LCMS adds mass spectrometry, which measures molecular weight and fragmentation patterns — providing a much more definitive molecular fingerprint. For adulterant screening and identity confirmation, LCMS is the appropriate method. Our system also includes Diode Array Detection (DAD) for additional spectral confirmation.
ZyntroTest COAs meet the documentation requirements commonly requested by Amazon's supplement policy, as well as many retail buyers. We are an independent third-party laboratory with no financial relationship with the brands we test. Our COAs identify the test methods used, provide quantitative results with units, and include analyst signatures. If a specific retailer has particular accreditation requirements (such as ISO 17025), contact us before submitting so we can discuss whether our documentation will satisfy their specific program.
